Fed: Government targets Latham over US ties
The federal government is targeting Labor leader MARK LATHAM's commitment to working
with the United States on security issues.
Foreign Minister ALEXANDER DOWNER and Defence Minister ROBERT HILL say Mr LATHAM's
inconsistent and having a bet each way.
They've made the comments in relation to how a Labor government would handle the intelligence
and security relationship with the US.
